This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which customers may cancel their subscription or request a refund for services offered by SchoolXon. By subscribing to or using SchoolXon’s services, you agree to this policy.
2.1 Subscription Cancellation:
- Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by providing written notice via email to our support team at mail@schoolxon.com.
- Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No pro-rata refunds will be issued for the remaining days of the billing cycle.
2.2 Trial Period Cancellation:
- If a free trial period is offered, customers can cancel at any time during the trial without any charges.
- Failure to cancel before the trial period ends will result in automatic conversion to a paid subscription, subject to the applicable charges.
2.3 Non-Renewal of Subscription:
- Customers who do not wish to renew their subscription must inform us at least 7 days before the renewal date.
3.1 Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
- Technical issues that render the service unusable and remain unresolved for more than 7 business days after reporting.
- Incorrect billing or duplicate charges.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction date.
3.2 Non-Refundable Cases:
- Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable except in the cases outlined in Section 3.1.
- One-time setup fees or custom service fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds are not applicable for cancellations initiated after the service has been fully utilized during the billing cycle.
- To request a refund, customers must submit a refund request via email to mail@schoolxon.com, including proof of payment and a description of the issue.
- Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 14 business days of receipt.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Refund will be initiate after 3- 5 Business days.
